John Chico; engineer turned chef / baker

John built and still operates a successful Civil Engineering practice in Dayton, Ohio. Learning to cook started as a way to provide better meals for his family but has become his real passion. John has become a credentialed chef, teaches cooking classes and most recently taken a full-time job making bread for a local restaurant.
